Description
24" (61 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass eyes, painted lashes, rose-blushed eyeshadow, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists, antique rose cotton dress. Condition: generally excellent, some light body finish. Comments: Kestner, circa 1890. Value Points: pretty closed mouth child whose choice bisque is enhanced by fine patina of complexion, original early body.
