Description
9" (23 cm.) diam. of frame. 1 1/4" smaller portrait. A mahogany circular frame with gilt beaded interior edging displays seven miniature portraits on a brown velvet matte, each portrait of a beautiful woman, with variations of pose, elaborate coiffures and accessories, and each portrait set in a gilt beaded frame with matching beaded trim on the larger frame. Excellent condition. Mid-1800s.
