Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate,cobalt blue glass enamel eyes,painted lashes and feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth,accented lips,ears pierced into head,original blonde mohair wig over cork pate,all-wooden poupee body with dowel-jointing at shoulders,elbows,wrists,hips,knees and elbows with swivel jointing at waist and thighs,antique undergarments and leather boots included,with silk costume in the French manner. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4 (head) A La Poupee de Nuremberg...Lavallee-Peronne Paris...(original paper label). Comments: the poupee was presented in the doll boutique "A La Poupee de Nuremberg" owned by Madame Lavalle-Peronne,described in La Poupee Modele as a "dollmaker of exquisite taste"; she presented her poupee as Lily,considering it her signature work. Value Points: rare to find with boutique label,the poupee has near-mint original wooden body with extra articulations,original label,beautiful face with choice bisque.
