One-piece carved wooden head and torso with shapely waist and block lower torso, elongated throat, black painted pate under original brunette human hair in woven braids, painted blue eyes with black upper eyeliner, closed mouth, defined nose, wooden limbs with dowel jointing at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, painted knee-high white stockings and blue flat shoes with elaborate blue ribbon ties and bows to mid-calf, original costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1820.
