Description
Featuring a short fitted jacket of crisp burgundy taffeta with insert silk panels of a complimentary plaid that extend to the back and form a large stitched-down collar,six decorative buttons over hook and eye closure,pocket,coat sleeves with gathered plaid silk flounce at the shoulders and edged cuffs. With flat-front skirt bordered at the hem with a wide plaid ribbon,extended length pleats at the back with stitched lappet trim. Black cord trim accents the jacket and skirt. French,circa 1870. To fit 18" lady doll. 4" shoulder width. 8" waist. 14" overall gown.
