All cloth doll with pressed and painted facial features, brown painted hair with forelock detail, brown shaded eyes, black and brown upper eyeliner, closed mouth, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Kathe Kruse 720847 (foot) Kathe Kruse (hang label with ink script name "Rese"), Comments: Kathe Kruse, 1940s. Value Points: beautifully blushed cheeks, the little girl wears her original patterned dress, apron, scarf, bandana, shoes and socks, and has original label.
