11" (28 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, large blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brush-stroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French kid poupee body with gusset jointing at hips, stitched and separated fingers, pretty antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, original sturdy body except wear to fingers. Marks: 2 (and artist checkmarks). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1877. Value Points: very dear petite poupee with fine quality of bisque, entrancing large eyes.
