Description
9" (23 cm.) A hide-covered horse with original leather hardness, amber glass eyes, hair mane and leather ears is pulling a woven two-wheeled cart with drop gate at the back. Riding in the cart are two 4" all-bisque characters with pin-jointed arms and legs, including Polichinelle and bearded jester. Generally excellent, Polichinelle has some repairs, horse and wagon in especially fine condition and of luxury class. French, circa 1890.
