14" (36 cm.) All-cloth doll with pressed and oil-painted facial features, short brown hair with swirled curls around the forehead, shaded brown eyes, black and brown upper eyeliner, accented nostrils, closed mouth with downcast lips, stitch-jointed shoulders, separately-stitched thumb, disc-jointed legs, wide hips, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4184 Kathe Kruse (foot). Comments: Kathe Kruse, their model VII, marketed as "Kleines Du Mein", circa 1927. Value Points: very dear little chap, a rare model from the firm made for three years only, with beautifully-painted features.
