Description
4" (10 cm.) Each is one-piece figure of amusing googly boy, with attached vase at the back, one with black side-parted hair, and the other with brown hair with topknot and forelock curls, each with sunburst-shaped lashes, "O"-shaped mouth, and each with colorful imaginative costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: designed by Chloe Preston, the British illustrator, and made in the German firm of Shafer & Vater, circa 1925. Value Points: amusing and imaginative costume and hair style details.
