7" (18 cm.) Carved bone shoulder head of lady with slender face and elongated throat, deeply-sculpted hair waved away from her face with elaborate coiffure at the back, tiny bead eyes, wooden shapely torso with tiny waist, wooden upper arms and legs, and carved bone lower arms and legs, dowel-jointing at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: mid-1800s. Value Points: rare dollhouse lady with all dowel-jointed body, elaborate carving of head including carved earrings.
