10" (25 cm.) All-felt doll with center seam on face, shaped facial features with black shoe button eyes, painted brows and mouth, stitched-on ears, cropped mohair wig, swivel head, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Steiff (original button with under-scored F in ear). Comments: Germany, Steiff, circa 1915. Value Points: well-preserved condition of the early Steiff doll with original costume and original button.
