17" (43 cm.) Pink-tinted bisque socket head with plump cheeks, small blue glass sleep eyes, painted curly lashes, one-stroke tapered brows with feathered detail, accented nostrils, closed mouth with downcast lips, tiny stuck-out tongue tip, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, pretty antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, body repainted. Marks: 6970 Germany 7. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: very expressive features are enhanced by finest matte bisque and artistic painting.
