Description
5" (13 cm.) h. boy on donkey. Each is porcelain with ochre-shaded finish and black painted accents, including Peek-a-Boo boy seated on a donkey, both the boy and girl with googly eyes; and an oval vase with two Peek-a-Boo children, a pup, and an armful of dolls and toys held in her lap. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: from the illustrations of Chloe Preston, depicting characters from the Peek-a-Boo series, circa 1925. Value Points: delightful vignettes of the whimsical children.
