22" (56 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, large brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brush-stroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, kid poupee body with gusset jointing at elbows, hips and knees, stitched and separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent, kid hands very worn. Marks: E 6 D Depose. Comments: Denamur, circa 1890. Value Points: beautiful large brown eyes contrast the pale bisque, very elaborate early traditional costume.
