Description
5" (13 cm.) diam. bowl. Of softpaste (faience) with creamy white background and magenta painted rims, and with magenta and blue flowers and leaves, the service includes large bowl, eight dinner plates, large oval tureen, round lidded tureen, large oval platter, two footed compotes, small lidded sauce dish, two footed serving plates, gravy boat, two round serving plates, relish dish, lidded relish dish. Generally excellent, few small flakes. French, Luneville, circa 1885.
