Bisque socket head, very large amber brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, lushly-painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, dimpled chin and lip corners, pierced ears, brunette hand-tied human hair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists, antique lace dress, undergarments, shoes and socks. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 8 (and artist checkmarks). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1886. Value Points: an especially beautiful example of the tete model bebe with dramatic large brown eyes and rich decoration, original body and body finish.
