11" (28 cm.) All composition with socket head, green sleep eyes, real lashes, dark eye shadow, painted lashes, brows, closed mouth, tiny red lips, black human hair, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Alexander (doll and dress, dress also marked Scarlett O'Hara). Comments: Alexander, circa 1939, one of the series of dolls issued with the opening of the 1939 film "Gone with the Wind". Value Points: fine well-preserved condition, original coiffure, wearing red and white striped costume with red velvet bonnet and bodice, undergarments, red shoes.
