Bisque socket head, small blue glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth in slightly-smiling expression, four porcelain teeth, light brunette wig, composition toddler body with jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent Marks: Porzellanfabrick Burggrub Princess Elizabeth 3 1/2 Made in Germany. Comments: Schoneau and Hoffmeister, circa 1930, portrait doll of the young English Princess Elizabeth. Value Points: fine gleaming expression on the expressive portrait doll which so aptly resembles early photographs of the young Princess to become Queen.
