All-bisque doll with one-piece bisque head and torso, very plump face, blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, brush-stroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, peg-jointed bisque arms with curled fists, peg-jointed muscular legs with painted knee-high stockings and painted brown ankle boots with black heels and lacing. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1885. Value Points: early all-bisque with rare painted brown boots.
