Description
18" (46 cm.) Each has bisque socket head with very plump face, blue glass inset eyes, closed mouth, painted facial features, blonde human hair, wooden fully articulated toddler body with ball-jointing, bisque hands. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (each marked with name of doll and artists on head). Comments: Lynne and Michael Roche, England, each with original paper label, indicating their series number and date of production, 1987 and 1988. Value Points: wearing their wonderfully detailed original winter costumes, the dolls appeared in a 1989 catalog of European Artist Dolls, issued in two sizes, this being the larger.
