Each has bisque socket head, large brown glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted lower lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with original white complexion. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1079 Germany Halbig S&H 3 (head, on each). Comments: for the French market, circa 1900. Value Points: the beautiful wide-eyed twins are wearing matching schoolgirl costumes, are contained in original matching store boxes, and each has superb long flowing blonde mohair wig.
