13" (33 cm.) The wooden bentwood chair in classic style of Thonet has dark finish and original cane seat in excellent condition. Posed on the chair is a paper mache reclining kitten with white fur cover, blue glass eyes, leather ears, and a removable head for access to the hollow candy container body, very good condition. French, circa 1890.
