Porcelain shoulder head with plump face,lightly-pink tinted complexion,dark eyeliner,delicately painted lashes and brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with accent line between the lips,brunette mohair wig over cork pate,French softly-stuffed kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at hips and knees,kid over wooden upper arms,porcelain arms to above the elbows,separately-sculpted fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: circa 1858,the body style suggests Leontine Rohmer. Value Points: very beautiful petite poupee with lustrous patina of complexion,dramatic blue eyes with rich outline,outstanding sculpting of porcelain hands,original costume and shoes.
