21" (53 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, impressed dimple in philtrum, brunette human hair over plaster pate, composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists, antique rose silk costume, undergarments, leather shoes, woven bonnet. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 14. Comments: Kestner, circa 1885. Value Points: pretty wide-eyed child with richly-painted lips, choice bisque.
