Description
10" (25 cm.) Having a carved head with painted hair and moustache, painted facial features, pin-dowel attached to padded armature torso and upper limbs, wooden hands and lower legs with painted black boots. The man wears his original costume in the 1650's manner with matching shirt, pants, cape and hat, each trimmed with gilt braid. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: early 19th century.
