Description
9" (23 cm.) Painted bisque socket head, blue sleep eyes, five-piece body with modeled bent right arm. Wearing original rose silk dress and panties, pink fleecy coat with cape and wide-brimmed bonnet, socks and shoes. Marked A.M. 310 Just Me Germany. Excellent condition. This was the first model used by Jenny Graves as the inspiration for her doll costumes, and its particular body structure evolved into the child flapper body of the Ginny doll, including the signpost bent right elbow. Circa 1928.
