13" (33 cm.) All composition with socket head, blue sleep eyes, lashes, dark eye shadow, open mouth, four tiny teeth, golden-blonde mohair wig with original curls, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Kate Greenaway Madame Alexander New York All Rights Reserved (dress tag). Comments: Alexander, mid-1930s. Value Points: rare early Alexander doll with beautiful original wig, wearing very rare tagged dress with matching reticule, red taffeta sunbonnet, black lace wristlets, original undergarments, black side-snap shoes with little bows, socks.
