Description
12" (30 cm.) Solid domed bisque head with flat-cut neck socket which accommodates to neck peg of torso, brown glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, brunette human hair, composition body with jointing at shoulders and hips, painted white stockings and black ankle boots with five laces. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Sonneberg, circa 1885. Value Points: rare model with original uniquely-fitted body, beautiful face, original silk costume and undergarments.
