Description
13" (33 cm.) h. 11"l of base. Posed upon a wooden wheeled platform with painted garden path on the base is a bisque head doll with blue glass paperweight inset eyes,painted features,closed mouth,blonde lambswool wig over cork pate,wooden block body and hands,wire arms and upper legs,rose satin silk costume and carrying basket; along with a fleecy lamb,a wooden sign and a perched bird. When pulled along the doll turns her head side-to-side and waves her arm. Generally excellent. French,circa 1890.
