Description
20" (51 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: F made in Germany 10 169. Comments: Kestner, circa 1885. Value Points: beautiful closed mouth child has lovely bisque, original body and body finish, original wig, pate, and wears wonderful antique costume.
