18" (46 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head of adult lady with cameo shaped face and slender elongated throat, blonde/brown sculpted hair in elaborate fashion with sculpted high curls at the crown, pouf curls at the sides and hair captured in a sculpted black snood with gold beads at the nape, blue painted eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, brown single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, blushed cheeks, old cloth body, porcelain limbs, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: G (inside shoulder plate). Comments: attributed to Gera, circa 1870. Value Points: very rare model with superb detail of sculpting and painting, ex-collection Mildred Seeley.
