Description
4" (10 cm.) h. box. Including a cardstock gift box with lithographed box whose lid depicts two little girls holding dolls and reading books; early carved wooden oval box with original loop-handled lid; silver filigree box with hinged lid centering a miniature painting of lady; 5" faux-tortoise folding fan with painted flowers; 2 1/2" folding bone fan with fretwork carving and painted silk floral blades; fretwork silver purse with little hankie; lorgnette with faux-tortoise handle; elbow length gloves, and black lace fingerless gloves. Generally excellent. Mid-1800s.
