13" (33 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, sculpted brown hair with forelock details, painted blue eyes, dark eyeliner, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with row of teeth between the shaded lips, French composition body jointed at shoulders and hips. Condition: bisque excellent, original body finish albeit flaking on hands and upper torso. Marks: 237. Comments: German production of SFBJ model 237, for the French market, circa 1920. Value Points: the lad wears his original costume of leather-belted smock, pants with suspenders embroidered "J", socks, shoes.
