13" (33 cm.) armoire. Four pieces of wooden furniture with dark finish include armoire/bed whose four sliding doors allow access to the sleeping compartment/storage cabinet, cradle, chair, and small one-door cabinet. Each is richly carved with classic Brittany motifs and has fancy spindles and carved legs. Excellent condition. France, Brittany, end 19th century.
