9" (23 cm.) Standing upon his back haunches, the curly mohair puppy with excelsior-filled body has swivel head, amber glass eyes, embroidered nose and mouth, metal spectacles, and an articulated tail which allows the puppy to say "yes" when moved up and down, or "no" when moved side-to-side. Germany, circa 1930, mechanism functions well on the rare example of the mechanism.
