16" (41 cm.) One piece porcelain figure of standing child with legs apart and arms held in front of body with folded fists, tinted facial complexion, black sculpted short hair with stippled detail, deeply defined eye sockets, pale blue eyes, red and black eyeliner, single stroke brows, accented circle nostrils, closed mouth with hint of smile. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (Conte & Boehn symbol). Comments: circa 1885. Value Points: delightful facial painting of the chubby child, well detailed painting of hair.
