The wood framed cabinet,which appears as a secretary desk,has curved front that opens to burgundy silk and paper lined interior,double door upper curio cabinet with beveled glass windows,cabriole legs,and is finished with applied brown leather having gold tooling to simulate Boulle designs,with working lock and key. Excellent condition. Very unusual style and of luxury quality. French,circa 1875.
