7" (18 cm.) One-piece bisque head and torso, very chubby face, blue glass sleep and side-glancing googly eyes, painted lashes, feathered side-slant brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with watermelon-slice-shaped smile, brunette mohair wig, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, painted blue socks and black one-strap shoes, original folklore costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 401 18 (head) 18 (inside legs). Comments: Germany, circa 1920, mystery maker. Value Points: wonderful expression with well-defined modeling of smile, impish googly eyes.
