12" (30 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with black sculpted hair in scalloped curls, blue painted eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, closed mouth, muslin stitch-jointed body, porcelain hands. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1865. Value Points: nice antique gown, undergarments, woolen cape, and with apron fitted with large pockets and containing threads, fabrics, and sewing tools.
