22" (56 cm.) Standing upon a cast iron frame with spoked cast iron wheels is an excelsior-filled mohair/woolen lion with very lush curly mane, amber glass eyes, embroidered pink nose, long tail, pull-string growler. Very good condition, some sparseness of mohair. Germany, Steiff, circa 1915.
