12" (30 cm.) All peach muslin cloth doll with flat-dimensional face, lithographed brown curly hair locks and facial features with shaded brown eyes, curly lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, mitten-shaped hands, baby-shaped body, original costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: designed by the American artist Maud Tousey Fangel, 1936, for Georgene Novelties. Value Points: rare doll with most artfully executed facial features that are a virtual canvas of expression.
