Description
A metal bird cage with bronzed finish and carrying loop handle contains three colorful feathered birds. When key-wound, the blue bird on the perch begins to flutter feathers, turn head and sing; when the blue bird pauses the yellow bird begins its performance, and then back to the blue bird. The red bird does not sing or perform. Very good condition. Swiss, likely Reuge, circa 1940. Ex-collection Legoland Museum of Antique Dolls and Toys.
