9" (23 cm.) h. A porcelain figurine depicts a brown-haired young lady seated at her dressing table, a rose in her hand, while her friend attaches a coiffe to her hair. The figurine separates at the center to reveal the hidden inkwells inside. Excellent condition. Germany, mid-1800s, the faces are especially well-sculpted with wonderful detail of modeling, wonderfully-painted hair.
