10" (25 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, large amber-brown glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, brush-stroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, kid poupee body with shapely torso and limbs, stitched and separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2 (head and shoulders) (and artist checkmarks). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1875. Value Points: beautiful petite lady with very sturdy body and lovely bisque, dramatic eyes, antique costume and bonnet, antique jewelry.
