Description
14" (36 cm.) including ears. Of identical design to the preceding lot, with variations of construction, this example being made of velvet including flat-stitched tail, except felt ears, ivory sateen four-digit gloves, and corduroy shoes with firm-bottomed feet of linen-like fabric; wearing red velvet shorts with four pearl buttons. Condition: near mint. Comments: indubitably Charlotte Clark design, and attributed to her studio production, early 1930s. Value Points: very rare to find, being sold by the original owner, and retaining its rich velvet colors.
