Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, blue glass eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with wide beaming smile, side-parted brunette mohair short curly wig, muslin torso, jointed velvet arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent, few small moth holes in coat and hat. Comments: Chad Valley, circa 1935, portrait doll of the future Queen as a young Princess. Value Points: an amazing likeness of the young Princess, wearing her original crepe de chine flowered dress, pink flannel coat with matching shoes and cloche.
