Each has carved wooden head with well-defined facial features and hair, muslin body, wooden hands, including a man with black side-parted hair and wearing linen tunic, matching slippers and cap; and a woman with black chignon under cap, wearing blue cotton tunic and pants; and a small child with embroidered silk costume, headdress and animal-head slippers.
