Composition socket head on composition shoulder plate, very plump face, green sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted lashes, short feathered brows, rounded nose, bow-shaped lips, ash blonde human hair in long ringlet curls, composition body with jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent, eyes faded. Marks: Effanbee Patsy-Ruth (head). Effanbee Durable Doll (dress label). Comments: Effanbee, the model was introduced in 1935, designed to appeal to older girls. Value Points: the rare model has beautiful complexion and hair, and is wearing her original pale pink dotted Swiss batiste dress, one-piece pink cotton slip and panties, socks, original shoes.
