12" (30 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4. Comments: Kestner, circa 1885. Value Points: very fine quality of bisque on the plump-cheeked child.
